Made to Order / Custom Order Terms and Conditions:

1. By consenting to the terms and conditions you hereby understand that the items you are ordering are handmade individually for you, so please keep in mind product shape and colour may be slightly different to product you have seen in our Display .
2. Made to order items that are created in our warehouse specifically for your order. These items take time to create, and are typically completed between 4-8 weeks after your order is placed. Once your order is placed we do not allow alterations to sizing, material or images, nor do we permit refunds to be given in the event that these terms were overlooked and blindly agreed to.
3. We do not allow refunds due to impatience or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, e.g. Global Pandemic, Delay By Sea freight Company due to bad weather or other Reasons , “my boyfriend and I broke up and I don’t need these anymore,” “I didn’t know they’d take two weeks to create,” “I need the money to pay bills,” “my mom won’t let me have plugs anymore,” and so on. However we do try our Best to deliver your Product ASAP, because it cost us Rent and other resources for every single Day.
4. If you receive a custom/made to order item from us that is incorrect you may contact our support team with your order number in the subject line and they will be happy to assist you in an exchange for the correct items originally ordered.
5. We may charge for storage of Goods if goods won’t be collected within 2 weeks after notification of Arrival.

Stock Availability 

Stock availability may be affected by supplier delays. As such we cannot guarantee availability at all times. You acknowledge and agree that, from time to time, certain Goods may be out of stock or unavailable. Punjabi Furniture reserves the right to withdraw or suspend from sale any Goods displayed in any Publication, either temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice to you. We may also cancel an Order at any time before delivery where (without limitation):

1. Our suppliers are unable to supply the Goods under an order we have given them; any event beyond our control means that we are unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time
2. Goods were misdescribed (such as price, functionality, or incorrect image), which was not identified before we accepted your Order; or
3. You ask us to cancel your Order if you are entitled to do so under Above Terms & Conditions.
